Regular Sessions

The Program is a 10-Session Behavioral approach to weight loss taught one-on-one in person or for those out of town (or out of the country), by phone and email.

The first session is two hours in which The Basics, are introduced along with information about the progressive nature of food addiction. The meeting includes a personalized approach to identifying the reasons why you eat when you’re not hungry, setting goals, suggested meal planning, and behavioral assignments you can do to get started immediately.

All other sessions are one hour. At each meeting it is time to hear about your morning weight and a positive story. Then there is an evaluation of your progress to see what is working and what needs work. Each meeting introduces new concepts such as Meal Parameters, The Fillers, Number of Items, and Portion Size among other things. You will also receive a Suggested Meal Plan and assignments for the following week.

Between sessions you are able to email or phone with questions and/or comments as often as you need or want to.
